This new procedure allows for a quick, painless, and effective removal of precancerous cervical conditions (CIN2 and CIN3).
Procedure details:
- Always performed under colposcopy control – after treating the cervix with acetic acid and iodine, the affected area is precisely identified.
- A local anesthetic is applied to ensure a painless experience.
- A low-voltage thin loop wire is used to remove the affected cervical tissue.
Important pre-procedure recommendations:
- Women of reproductive age must confirm they are not pregnant and use effective contraception.
- The procedure is best done after menstruation.
- One day before, it is advisable to take non-steroidal pain or anti-inflammatory medications to minimize discomfort after the anesthesia wears off.
Post-procedure restrictions:

The cervical healing period is 4–6 weeks, and following these guidelines helps reduce the risk of post-procedure bleeding and infection.
