Dr. Brieže is an experienced dermatologist and venereologist with over 25 years of professional expertise in diagnosing and treating skin and sexually transmitted diseases.

She graduated from the Latvian Medical Academy in 1994 with a medical degree and obtained her specialization in dermatovenereology in 1997. Dr. Brieže regularly enhances her knowledge by attending medical congresses and courses in Latvia and abroad to implement the latest methods and technologies in her practice.

Work Experience:

Dr. Maija Brieže has worked at the Dermatology and STI Clinical Center of Riga 1st Hospital and at SIA “Lāzerklīnika.” Since 2009, she has been seeing patients at “KZS Clinic.”

• Diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of acute and chronic skin diseases
  • Diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted infections
  • Examination of skin formations using optical dermatoscopy
  • Performing skin biopsies
  • Removal of benign skin lesions using cryotherapy and electrotherapy
