Dr. Ingūna Lubaua is one of Latvia’s leading specialists in pediatric and fetal cardiology, combining deep knowledge and extensive experience with a heartfelt and personal approach to patient care. Her goal is to provide the highest quality medical care, ensuring children’s heart health and giving parents peace of mind.

Dr. Lubaua graduated from the Latvian Medical Academy (1991) with a specialty in pediatrics. Her professional growth was enriched by a pediatric cardiology residency at Monash Medical Centre in Melbourne, Australia (1999). She earned her medical doctorate in pediatric cardiology from Riga Stradiņš University (2006).

• Member and national delegate of the European Association for Pediatric Cardiology (from 2024);
• Board member of the Latvian Society of Cardiology’s Echocardiography Working Group;
• Head of the Latvian Association of Pediatric Cardiologists.
